Angel was born on August 13, 1988 at the Ste. Rose Hospital to Julida Racette and Wayne St. Paul.
Throughout Angels life she over came many trials and tribulations. No matter the circumstances Angel was always resilient. Angels greatest accomplishments was when she had her 4 children. She was very proud of her children and loved them dearly.
