Walter (Wally) Shepert

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Walter (Wally) Shepert on April 21, 2022.

Walter was born on the home section of land in the RM of Stuartburn, MB.  He was raised in Gardenton, MB.

Walter and Helen were married on May 28, 1977.  They enjoyed their pets and meeting people on their travels.  He enjoyed curling and golf (no green jacket). He loved animals, had a strong faith and was very sociable.  He enjoyed his Ukrainian heritage.

He was predeceased by his parents John & Effie Shepit.  He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Helen (nee Pascal); brothers Gary (Mary), Eugene (Lynne) and their families; plus numerous extended family.

Donations in Walter's memory may be made to the Parkland Human Society of a charity of one's choice.

Everlasting Memory

Funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 11:00 am from St. Viator's Roman Catholic Church in Dauphin, MB with Rev. Michel Nault officiating.  Interment than followed in Riverside Cemetery in Dauphin, Manitoba.
