Walter William Jarvie

Walter William Jarvie of McCreary, Manitoba passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the age of 93 years.

Walter had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found fishing, trapping, skidooing, or enjoying time in nature. He was known as a jack of all trades. Walter was also proud to have earned his pilot’s license, embracing every opportunity for adventure both on the land and in the sky.

Walter is lovingly remembered by his wife, Shirley; his sons, Kenneth and Raymond (Deb); his daughters, Shelley and Tammy (Glen); and his cherished grandchildren, Cole, Nicole, Brittany (Jon), Bridget (Kyle), Stephanie (Joey), and Carly (David). He was also a proud great-grandfather to nine great-grandchildren and will be fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends.

A funeral service will be held at a later date.
