With great love and sadness, the family of Thomas “Tom” Morin announces his passing on August 17, 2025, at the age of 76.
Tom will be deeply missed by his partner, Hazel Britton; his daughters, Tracy Morin and Jackie Campbell (Bob Campbell); and his cherished grandchildren, Nikita Morin, Vincent Campbell, and Terrence Campbell. He is also survived by his brother Nick Morin (Alexandra), sisters Sonja Taylor (Chad) and Cathy Pratt, along with extended family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father Nick Morin, mother Mary Morin, brothers Art Morin, Alf Morin, Phil Morin and sisters Olga Ryan, Elizabeth (Liz) Barnay and Helen Turner.
Born on October 30, 1948, Tom lived a life rooted in family, friendship, and a love for the outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, he found peace and joy in nature—whether fishing, hunting, camping, playing hockey, golfing or simply taking in the beauty of the world around him. His adventurous spirit, kind heart, and steady presence will be remembered always.
He had a long career as a red seal electrician. Being a tradesman for decades he was well versed in many trades not just ‘electricity’. Outside of his work hours he spent much of his time doing side jobs, completing tasks for himself or family members and friends. He was a jack of all trades.
The family will celebrate Tom's life privately.
If friends so desire, donations in memory of Tom may be made to Ducks Unlimited.
