Robert Earl Jacobs

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Bob Jacobs on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the age of 83 years.  

Bob was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Tannis Jacobs, his infant brother Ronald and his wife Marlene.  

He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories; his daughter Connie and her husband Terry Bobyk of Calgary, AB and their children; son Waylon and his children Nate, Kolvin and Layla, , son Joshua (Victoria), & daughter Candace (Colin) and their children Morgan and Brock;
His son Rob and wife Myrna Jacobs of Ochre River, his daughter Debbie and her husband Denis Guillas of Ste. Rose du Lac and their children: daughter Sarah (Darcy) Hrytsay and their children Layne, Connor and Declan of Ochre River, daughter Krista (Bryan) Mozdzen and their children Blake and Dexyn of Alonsa, daughter Jessica (Steven) Bell and their children Gracie and Nixon of Swan River, MB, son Chad (Meghan) Abrey and their children Seth and Rylee of Ste. Rose du Lac.  
His son Rick and wife Vivian Jacobs of Ochre River and their children: son Adam (Robyn) Jacobs and their children Kya and Chase of Minitonas, son Scott Jacobs of Ochre River, son Ben Jacobs (Montana Wiebe) of Dauphin.  

His brothers; Ken (Cloella) Jacobs of Ochre River, Donald (Diane) Jacobs of Dauphin along with numerous extended family members and many, many friends.  

Should friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Bob to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.  

A Grandfather Just Like You 

I just want to let you know
You mean the world to me 
Only a heart as dear as yours 
Would give so unselfishly 

The many things you've done 
All the times that you were there
Help me know deep down inside 
how much you really care 

Even though I might not say 
I appreciate all you do 
Richly blessed is how I feel 
Having a Grandfather just like you.
