It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Norman Wesley Anger, On Friday, March 14, 2025, at the age of 89, with family by his side at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre.
Norman was predeceased by his parents Merle and Wesley Anger, his in-laws Maggie and Ben Cameron and his brother, Vernon.
Norman leaves to mourn and cherish fond memories, his lovely wife Jean of 67 years; his three sons Bruce (Chantelle) of Edmonton, David (Darlene) of Dauphin and Glenn (Carla) of Kelowna; and his cherished grandchildren Jared of Dauphin and Megan of Winnipeg; sister-in-law Bettie; nephew Calvin; and niece Denise.
Norman enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors and nature or just tinkering in the garage. He enjoyed gardening, fishing or just relaxing and having a few laughs with his family at the lake. Norman often talked passionately of the excursions he and his brother Vernon (his best friend) would take, either hunting, fishing or snowmobiling with family and friends.
“Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure”.
The family would like to thank Dr. Smith and all the medical staff for their amazing health care support for Norman throughout his journey.
Cremation has taken place, and a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
Should friends so desire, donations may be made to Cancer Care Manitoba.
