Nikolas Brandt Sumner

February 6, 1999 ~ November 22, 2021 (age 22)


Suddenly on November 21st, 2021, our beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson passed away. Nikolas was 22 years old, and he will deeply be missed by everyone
who loved him. Nikolas will be leaving behind his loving mother Angela Sumner, his father Quinten Gabriel. His beautiful sisters Chynnette Sumner (Kristain Ewen), Shantalayne Sumner, Demetra Sumner, Brooke Gabriel and his older brother Grant Gabriel. Also, his loving Grandma Mildred Catcheway. Aunties, Melanie Campbell (Franklin Campbell), Suzanne Catcheway, Morlene Roulette and many more. Uncles, Frankie Catcheway, Wallace Sumner, Jason Traverse, Mervin LacQuette,Cory Bechard and many more. Cousins Christopher Sumner (Shalynn), Aaron Sumner (Jordain), Frankie Campbell (Raeanna), plus many more. He also leaves behind his handsome Nephews (Kris Jr., Kassain, Durrant, Andres, Noah and more). His
beautiful nieces (Sophia, Keira, Kara, Karrie, Kathy, and many more whom he loved so much. 

Nikolas was predeceased by his late uncle Elmo (Meow), Grandpa Jean Paul Belanger (JP), great grandfather Alphonse and stepfather Darren Walsh. 

Nikolas loved to draw and paint, listen to music, especially classic country. He loved to read about history as well as encyclopedias. Nik also taught himself how to play the guitar and was great at it. He would sing his music while having his beer alone but would be shy around others. This guy loved his nephews and always played the game with them. The kids always enjoyed his presence. He loved his family. Nikolas! We will always miss you; you will never be forgotten.

Wake was held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 5:00 pm from the Mallard Community Hall.

Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 11:00 am from the Mallard Community Hall.

Current Covid gathering restriction will be followed for the services.
