Melissa Gayle Malcolm  - Aka Tic-A-Do - (White Thunderbird Woman)  

With deepest sorrow and sadness, we announce the passing of Melissa on Wednesday March 20th, 2024, at the young age of 44 years.  

Left to mourn and cherish her memory are her children Ronald, Raven (Dennis), Sierra (Brianna), Elaina and Clerissa. Two grandsons Jacob and Nolan Littletent. Her brothers and sisters Cheryl (Steve), Tamara (Jeremiah), Gene (Montana), Matthew, Chantal, Gina (Justin), Joy (Bryce), Layla (Jack), Nicole, Clinton (Jen), Clayton, Edward jr, Jordan, Jennifer, Lena, Kyle, Michelle, Kenny and Gavin. Parents Jo-anne Malcolm and Kenny (Poosh) Desmarais. Godmother Yolanda Flett and Godfather Melvin Jordain. Her special friend Conrad Chartrand, and her best friend Cheyenne Spence. And her pet dog Tiny.

Melissa is remembered by her numerous grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and great friends.  

She’s predeceased by her baby girl Jeanette Malcolm, her baby Alex, brothers Adrian and Joey Lacquette, Stepfather Edward Gene Lacquette, great grandparents Doreen and Joe Malcolm, Lawrence and Theresa Desmarais, Edna and Richard Sinclair. And numerous great aunties, uncles and cousins.

Wake services for Melissa will be Monday, March 25, 2024 from 3:00pm to Midnight at Korban Funeral Chapel in Winnipeg, MB and Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at the Ebb & Flow Community Complex.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 1:00 pm from the Ebb & Flow Community Complex followed by interment in the Ebb & Flow Cemetery.
