It is with tremendous sadness that Melinda’s family announces her passing on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the age of 31 years.  
Melinda joins her dad, Stewart Sr Malcolm; her sister, Erin Malcolm; her paternal grandparents, James and Rosine Malcolm; her maternal grandparents, Frank Ducharme and Edna Flett and her special friend, Garnet Baptiste in the spirit world.  
She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many wonderful memories; her mom, Joan Malcolm; her children, Zayah and Zayne Fleming-Malcolm; Zayah and Zayne’s father, Isaiah Fleming; her brothers, Stewart Jr Malcolm (Julianna) and Jayce-Lee Malcolm; her sisters, Barbara Roulette, Jennifer Malcolm (Carlos), Candace Malcolm; her friend, Courtney Woodford; her godparents, Robert and Jean Malcolm; her godchild, Jaymen Baptiste along with numerous extended family members and many friends.

Traditional wake was held at the residence of Joan Malcolm, House 800 - PTH 278, Ebb and Flow First Nation on Monday, November 15, 2021 beginning at 5:00 PM.  Prayers were offered at 7:00 PM.  Family and friends who wish to follow Melinda home were asked to meet at the Sneath-Strilchuk Ste. Rose Chapel at 3:30 PM on Monday. 

Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Ebb and Flow First Nation Community Complex.  Interment in the Ebb and Flow Cemetery.  

In accordance with current public health guidelines and at the request of the family, all persons attending the wake and funeral services are to be double vaccinated and were required to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.
