Larry Edward Chickoski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Edward Chickoski on October 19,2024.

Larry was born on January 21, 1942 in Grandview, MB to his parents Gwendolyn Chickoski ( nee Taylor )and Francis ( Frank ) Chickoski.

He was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his children Dawn ( Joe ) Silva, Dena Evans ( Doug Humble ) and their mother Sharon Louise Chickoski ( nee Smith ).

Larry retired from military service after serving 5 years and then went into the Civil Service and finished his career in 1997.

Larry married Gwendolynn June Carroll on July 23,2003 in Moose Jaw, SK. He is survived by June's 4 children and their spouses, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Larry and June moved to Kelowna, BC in their retirement years and were able to enjoy this special time together.

A private graveside service will occur after the passing of his loving wife June so that they can be put to rest together as per their wishes.
