Julie Ann Eastman
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Julie Eastman on Friday, September 5, 2025 at the age of 50 years.
She was one of a kind. She had a great sense of humour, you would always have a good time with her. She married the love of her life Doran in November 1999. Together they had 8 beautiful children; Natalie, Rachelle, Alanna, Julian, Jordan, Jenna, Kingston & Andreus. She loved her children & grandchildren very much, they were her pride & joy as she would say. She was independent, & rarely asked for help, she liked doing it on her own. She worked at the A-Bah-Nu-Gee Daycare for 27 years, right until she started to have health problems. After work she became a stay at home Mom/Koko, she loved her children & grandbabies very much. She always did everything & anything for them, she helped anyone who needed it; she hardly put herself first. She was apart of the powwow committee for 2 terms. She loved to follow the powwow trail & go camping with her family. Julie was one who wasn't afraid to speak her mind. There are so many kind, good words to say about Julie. She was strong, brave, kind & a fighter. She fought until the very end. She was a good friend & good listener and was always there for you when you needed. She was one of kind & we will all miss her dearly.
She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many fond memories: Her daughters, Natalie, Rachelle, Alanna, Jenna, daughter in-law Josephine. Her sons Kingston, & Andreus. Her grandchildren, Althaia, Ross, Charles, Caleb, Julian & Jordan. Her parents Julius(Elaine) & Beverly. Her brothers Myron(Teryl), Timothy (Kristy), Kevin, Lennie (Mallary), Aaron. Her sisters, Lovern, Carrie, Amanda. All of her godchildren, aunties, uncles,, cousins, nephews & nieces.
Julie was predeceased by her husband Doran. Her sons, Julian John & Jordan Omar. Her grandparents, John & Cecile Moar. & Raymond & Margaret Houle. Her in-laws Arnold & Genevieve Mousseau.
