It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Jourdan Lee Contois "Poop Poop" on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at the age of 28 years. 
Jourdan was predeased by her brother Dionne Constant, her special cousin Jordan Lee "Polly", her uncle Larry, her Koko Adele and her aunty Deanna, her cousins Travis Malcolm, Cheyenne Laporte,  Konnelly Houle and her friend Candace. 
Jourdan leaves to mourn her passing; her children Brayden Lee, Brooklyn Harlow, Jordan Larry and Jayleigh, her special caregiver/mother/grandmother and Koko Dora Smith, her father Barry (Melodie), her biological mother April Contois, her grandma Shirley Yellowquill,  her brothers Joushua, Damian (Rocky), Evan and Isaiah, her sisters Tamara, Kayla, Simone, Roxanne, Tia, Seaquinne and Creelyn, her special cousin/sister Tanya,  her godparents Lillian Houle and Rene Hunter Sr, her godchild Lennan Baptiste along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends.

Prayer and Wake Services were held on Wednesday, September 12, 2019 beginning at 5:00 pm in the Ebb and Flow Community Complex, Ebb and Flow, MB
Funeral Service was held on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 1:00 pm from Ebb & Flow Community Complex in Ebb & Flow, Manitoba with Fr. Jorge Mante officiating.  Interment followed in Ebb & Flow First Nations Cemetery in Ebb & Flow, MB.
