Obituary
Joseph Peter Sawchuk of Gladstone and formerly of Riding Mountain passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at the age of 86 years.
Joseph was born on April 20, 1935.
He was predeceased by his parents John and Magdelina Sawchuk and his brother Edward.
He leaves to mourn his passing; his sister Sophie Slater and 7 nieces and nephews.
Joe lived in the Riding Mountain area for most of his life. He enjoyed baseball, curling and playing guitar. Farming was his passion. He enjoyed farming right up until he moved into Third Crossing Manor. He will be missed by his family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a future date when family and friends are able to safely gather.
