Johnny Parenteau Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend, Johnny Paretneau Sr. on April 14, 2021 at the age of 77 years.

He was born on October 3, 1943 in Winnipegosis, MB.

Johnny was predeceased by his parents Virginian, Patrick Pelletier; his daughter Jennifer; and son Corey Parenteau; his brothers Clarence and Louie; and sisters Edna and Gladys.

He leaves to mourn his wife Linda Parenteau; his children, John Jr. (Sharon), Jeff, Dora (Tommy), Cash (Linda), Patricia (Morris), Jerry (Cassandra), Jessica (Ali), Jay (Jenn), Justin (Jeanine); and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. His siblings Andrew (Evelyn), Earl (Irene), Russell (Lean), Leonard (Donna), Angela (Fred), Bella (Brian), Stanley (Evelyn), and numerous family and friends, too numerous to mention.

Traditional Wake was offered on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from Linda's Residence - 38 West Elbow Bay in Duck Bay.

A Funeral Service was held for Johnny on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 11:00 am from the St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church in Duck Bay, MB with Father Nepolian Suvakin officiating.

Interment followed in the Duck Bay Cemetery.
