Obituary
John Boyko of Dauphin, Manitoba passed away at St. Paul's Care Home on Friday, September 8, 2023 at the age of 99 years.
John was born on June 6, 1924 to Steve and Maria Boyko (Kalichuk). John grew up on his parent's farm near the community of Fork River, RM of Mossey River, MB. John was the second oldest of 6 children. John was predeceased by his siblings, Anne Boyko, Wally, Ollie (Olga) Harrison, Nellie Beyko and Effie Mrozowich.
John is survived by his daughter Holly Langas (George); grandchildren Cassie and Anthony; son, Jack (John) of Chicago, Illinois; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
In keeping with John's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
John's nieces and nephews wish to thank the staff at St. Paul's Care Home and Dr. Mathison for their care and compassion. A very special thank-you is gratefully extended to family friend, Sharon Kemash.
