With great sadness, the family announces the passing of Helen Czarnecki on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Dauphin Regional Health Center, at the age of 86.
Helen was born on November 17, 1932 to John and Bernice Czarnocki. There were six children altogether. The family resided in Nora, Saskatchewan. Helen enjoyed her school years and all the activities in school. She loved everything about school. Helen married Joe Czarnecki on July 10, 1948. She loved being a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, canning, baking, and cooking. She loved being active in life and was a member of several ladies clubs. But in 1980 was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, which was very painful for her. Despite her pain she kept on going.
Helen had five children, Virginia (Winnipeg) Manitoba, Vicki (Dauphin) Manitoba, Frances (Coquitlam) B.C., Tom (Edmonton) Alberta, Andy (Dauphin) Manitoba; as well as five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Thank-you to the doctors and nurses at the Dauphin Regional Health Center that took great care of her.
Helen was the heart of the family, and her children will miss her dearly. But the Lord called her home, and took her to heaven on the wings of angels. R.I.P. Mama.
In accordance with Helen's wishes cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will take place.
