It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Grant Mack, age 63 of Alonsa, Manitoba. Grant was born on January 4th, 1963, in McCreary, Manitoba.
He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Ida Mack, both paternal and maternal grandparents, his infant brother “Baby Mack”, and his brother-in-law Bill. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings Larry, Barry (Debbie), Linda, Duane (Barb), Tom, Brian, Vaughn, Helen, and Chad, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Grant, otherwise known as “Potsie”, was a brother and friend to many. He spent 25 years working for the Ste. Rose Auction Mart, where he made many memories and formed life-long friendships. He loved working with cattle and helping the farmers during the haying season. He will always be remembered for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.
In his downtime he enjoyed the simple things. He liked spending the weekends puttering around yard sales, watching curling and football, going to demolition derbies and car shows; anything to keep himself busy.
Cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at a later date.
