Gladys Sanko

We are deeply saddened with the passing of Gladys Sanko (Stadnyk) on March 3, 2025. 
Gladys was born in Sifton, MB to Nick and Dora Stadnyk on March 11, 1934. She was the youngest of 6 girls and followed by 3 boys. 
She is survived by her sister Anna Rollo of Winnipeg and brother Paul (Carol) of Dauphin. 
Gladys married Walter Sanko on June 21, 1956. Walter passed away on April 30, 2020. 
Gladys is survived by her daughter Sharon (Alvin) Ash, grandchildren Jeff (Erin) Ash, Susan (Scott) Crowe, and great-grandchildren Peyton and Cameron Ash, Kaleb and Abby Crowe. Also many nieces and nephews. 
The family wishes to give heartfelt thanks to the Grandview Personal Care Home for the great care Mom received during her time there. 
A graveside service will be held in the spring. 
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Grandview Personal Care Home Activities Department.
