Earl Robert Ackerman

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Earl Robert Ackerman on February 14, 2025 at the age of 81.

Earl was born July 10 1943 at Portage la Prairie. Earl grew up in Riding Mountain, attending school in Riding Mountain and Kelwood. He played baseball and hockey in his younger years. Earl worked construction and drove truck for many years. He married Shairanne Mulligan in 1964 and they were blessed with one son Kevin. They made their home in Riding Mountain, Calgary and finally settling in McCreary Manitoba. 

Earl is survived by his wife Sharianne, son Kevin (Tracy) granddaughter Ashley and great grandson John, his sister Myrna (Richard) Suski, sister-in-law Eva Blake and brother-in-law Glen Nichol along with many nieces and nephews.
Earl was predeceased by his parents Alvin and Agnus Ackerman, step-father Jerry Moore and sister Lynn Nichol , his in-laws Murray and Donna  Mulligan and Melvin Blake.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Flowers are gratefully decline, please consider remembering Earl with a donation to a charity of your choice.
