Diana Marie Neuman (née Enns), age 59, passed away peacefully at home in McCreary, MB, on March 7th, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Diana was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew her. Born on June 14th, 1964 in Morden, Manitoba to loving parents, John and Mary (née Friesen) Enns, and younger sister Beverly, Diana grew up surrounded by the warmth of family and community. Her passing has left an indelible void in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Diana's journey through life was one of love, dedication, and unwavering faith. She was a shining light to all who knew her, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who were lucky enough to have been touched by her warmth and kindness.

Diana's marriage to Terry Neuman on January 28th, 1995 was a union filled with love and devotion. Together, they raised their beloved children Kathryn, born on December 10, 1996, and Adam, born on September 23, 1998. Diana's commitment to her family was unparalleled, and her love for them knew no bounds.

She was a dedicated educator, having obtained a Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba. Diana's passion for teaching extended far beyond the classroom, touching the lives of many students across Manitoba. Even after her retirement in 2020, she continued to impart knowledge and wisdom to those around her.

Diana's faith in Christ was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her through every joy and challenge. She was a devoted member of the community, finding solace in her beliefs and sharing her light with others.

In her free time, Diana found joy in working with wool - spinning, knitting, dyeing, and felting. She was an avid reader and even authored a book in the last few years. Diana loved engaging in discussions with anyone, her wit and whimsical nature shining through in every interaction. Her passion for people, plants, and trees was evident to all who knew her, a love she inherited from her father and passed on to her children.

Diana's vibrant personality was a blend of passion, wit, and care. Her exuberance for life was infectious, and her caring nature touched the hearts of everyone she met. She will be remembered for her unwavering spirit and the love she shared with all who crossed her path.

Diana is preceded in death by her father, John Enns, who passed away in 2006. She is survived by her devoted husband Terry, her cherished children Kathryn and Adam, her beloved mother Mary Enns Dueck (Leonard Dueck), her dear sister Beverly Wall (Jeffrey), and her nieces Abigail Bridgeman (Luke) and Rachel Wall.

A funeral service and celebration of Diana's life will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm from the McCreary Gospel Church, McCreary, MB 

The service will be livestreamed.  A link will be posted closer to the funeral date.  

Interment will follow in the McCreary Municipal Cemetery with a reception in the Laurier Community Centre, Laurier, MB
