Denise Yvonne Boulbria

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Denise Yvonne Boulbria on April 25, 2022 at the Ste. Rose hospital with family by her side.

Denise was born on February 20, 1923 in Lonely Lake and went to school in Larkspur.

On October 29, 1942 she married Ferdinand Boulbria at her parents house. After living in Elkdale for a short time, they moved to Shergrove in 1951. On June 3, 1948 they welcomed Leona, followed by Marcel on June 5, 1950. They ranched at Shergrove until Ferdinand got sick in 1973. After his passing in 1976 she remained on the farm until 1979, before moving to Ste. Rose.

Denise was known for her hard work, and willingness to help at the drop of a hat. There was no task too hard, and she usually outworked everyone around her. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Denise was predeceased by her husband Ferdinand of 34 years in 1976, son Marcel in 2007, daughter Leona in 2010, son in law Andre in 2015, 2 sisters, 1 brother and very special friends, Elsie, Uncle Jim and Uncle George.

Denise leaves to mourn and cherish fond memories daughter in law Marion, brother Louis (Romelda) 7 grandchildren, Carla (Darren), Mike (Keri), Tara (Brian), Cindy (Gordie), Cory (Nicole), Dwayne (Sam), BJ (Rhonda). 17 great grandchildren, Kenyan (Kierra), April (Alex), Charley (Nick), Taylor (Cory),Mathew, Aidan, Oliver, Wyatt, Shelby (Carnell), Austyn, McKayla, Jordan (Mackenzie), Kaitlyn, Lucas, Connor, Ashton, Marcus, Chloe. 3 great great grandchildren, Jayden, Andrew, Parker, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Denise can be made to a branch of the Royal Canadian Legion in your community.

In accordance with Denise's wishes, a private family graveside service will be held In the Ste. Rose Cemetery
