Delphie Lynn Tucker

With broken hearts we announce the passing of Delphie Lynn Tucker, loving wife of Robert.

Delphie passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at the age of 73 years at the Ste. Rose General Hospital.

Left to cherish Delphie’s memory is her devoted husband Robert of 53 years. Their 2 children Tammy (Rodney), and Jody (Roxanne), and their children Masey, Jewell, Austin, Cole and Christina, and a new special great grand daughter, Murphy.

She was predeceased by her parents Edward and Jean Hudson, brother Llewellyn and her nephew Kelly.

She is survived by her siblings Ellen (Rene), Lloyd (Laverne), Dennis (Jo-Ann), William (Carol), Lonnie (Judy), Vivian (Rick), Robert (Lisa). She will be greatly missed by her brother and sister in laws Danny (Paulette), Ernie (Shannon), Brian (Sharon), John (Therese), Aline (Agenor), and Suzanne (Bob), and several nieces and nephews.

In June of 2024 Delphie was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer. Throughout all of her medical appointments she always had a positive attitude, went through surgeries and many treatments, with grace and dignity and never once complained. She kept her cheerful attitude right until the end and was always making sure everyone’s jobs were done.

Special thanks to Dr. Gudmundson, Ste. Rose Hospital’s amazing staff, her medical team at HSC Cancer Care, and many family and friends who were with her every step of her journey.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Delphie on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 2:00 pm from the Ste. Rose Community Centre in Ste. Rose du Lac.
