Carol Kendrick

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol Stephanie Kendrick (Relko, Relco).

She passed away peacefully on June 17, 2025 at the age of 61 at the Assiniboine Centre in Brandon, MB surrounded by her family.

Carol was pre-deceased by her father George Relco, mother Nellie Relco and sister Elizabeth Guttman.

Carol is leaving behind her brother Michael Relko, and sister Kathy Veroneau; her four children: Shaun, Roberta, Richard and Susan; loving partner Marcel Tousignant, as well as many stepchildren and grandchildren: Daralee Easter and husband Baret (Tayla, Teagan), Deandra Tousignant and partner Tim (Joni and Aeris), Drayson Tousignant and wife Janine (Alexa and Daenerys).

Carol had a big, kind heart and all who knew her got to enjoy its generosity and warmth. She dedicated her time at service to her community as a home care worker. The people she cared for held a special place in her heart.

Carol grew up in Dauphin and resided in Western Manitoba for the rest of her life, Rivers being the most recent. She loved gnomes, dancing and whatever it took to spread laughter and make someone else smile by showing off her own. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, travelling, walking, sitting in the backyard admiring her garden and especially watching for birds. She also had a love for all animals both big and small.

A service for Carol will be held at a later date.
