Carey Robert Conrad

Carey Robert Conrad passed away suddenly on Friday, May 2, 2025 at the age of 56 years.  

Carey will be remembered and loved by his wife Laurie Ann, his children Casey (Sabrina), Bailey Ann (Michael) and Logan (Broni).   

He was a much loved pepere to Ellie, Tenlee and Miley and chosen pepere to Nova, Adison, Leah, Lincoln and Colesyn  

Carey's memory will be cherished by his parents Rene and Roberta Conrad of St. Alphonse, MB, his brothers Korey (Tracy), Jody (Tara), his inlaws Mervyn and Betty Dunning of McCreary, his brothers-in-law Greg (Nicole), Glen, Lee (Trisha), Wayne (Crystal) as well as a very proud uncle to his many nieces and nephews and a great cousin to everyone who was related to him.  

Funeral Service for Carey was held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 1:00 pm at his residence (Provincial Road 462, #117045 Road 84 W) in the municipality of McCreary. We kindly ask that you bring a chair as we will be sitting outside. We ask that you dress in western wear or business casual wear to honour Carey's request to have no formal wear at his funeral.  

Interment took place in the McCreary Cemetery.  Following the interment, everyone was welcome to return to the yard and join in a celebration of his life with a potluck meal and BYOB and your stories of how you knew Carey.  Later in the day, we will be having a wiener roast.  

Carey loved nothing more than to have people come to his yard and celebrate.
