Cameron James Houle

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Cameron James Houle on Monday, August 17th, 2020 at the age of 30 years.  

Cameron was born on November 30, 1989 in Winnipeg, MB.  He attended school in Ste. Rose and enjoyed playing baseball in his younger years.  Cameron loved to play his guitar.  He was always smiling and enjoyed helping others when he could.  Cameron enjoyed listening to KISS, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Audio Slave.  Cameron will be missed by all who knew him.  

Cameron will be remembered by his parents Jessica & Alvin McKay, his siblings Jamie Houle, Alvin McKay Jr (Denee Baptiste), Savannah Houle, Braden McKay, Jessy McKay, Avery McKay and June Petrowski (Dustin), his stepbrother Graham McIvor and his stepsister Kristina Houle, his nieces and nephews Anna Rose, Kashtin Rose, Ali Baptiste-McKay, Aleya-Chey McKay, Devyn Baptiste, Draedix Baptiste-McKay, Alijaye McKay, Zoey Petrowski, Lexi Petrowski and Zadie Petrowski along with his grandparents Josephine and Willard Houle, numerous aunts, uncles, extended family members and many friends.  

Afterglow
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one.
I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done.
I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways,
Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun;
Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Wake and Prayer Services were on Wednesday, September 9th, 2020 at 7:00 pm from the residence of Josephine Houle, 231-PTH 278, Ebb and Flow First Nation 

Funeral Service was held on Thursday, September 10th, 2020 at 1:00 pm from the residence of Josephine Houle, 231-PTH 278, Ebb and Flow First Nation 

Interment in the Ebb and Flow Cemetery.
