Beverly Irene (Clarkson) Chartrand

Beverly Irene Chartrand (Clarkson)  Winnipegosis MB - July 31, 1943 - May 23, 2018 
With saddened hearts we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother and sister Beverly Irene on May 23, 2018 with her family by her side.  She leaves to mourn her best friend and loving husband Gordon, children Dwight (Mary) Clarkson of Wainwright, Ab.  Curtis (Janet) Brown of Grande Prairie, AB. Candace Hallett of Lethbridge, Ab and Joe (Laurie) Hallett of Wainwright, AB.  Step children Sharon Emerick, Karen (Bill) Watt, Denny (Debbie) Chartrand all of Port Alberni, BC.  Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and siblings. Irene is survived by her 9 brothers Robert (Vivian) Clarkson, Ernest (Linda) Clarkson, James (Valerie) Clarkson, Mitchell (Helen) Clarkson, Doug Clarkson, Arnold (Sharon) Clarkson, Edward Clarkson, Herbert Clarkson, Thomas Clarkson, and 4 sisters Myrtle Flett, Shelby Chartrand, Brenda (Dennis) Heald and Loretta Chartrand.  Beverly was pre-deceased by her father Walter Clarkson, mother Helen Clarkson, brothers-in-law Robert Chartrand and Raymond Flett, and step-daughter Joyce Chartrand.  
Gordon and the family would like to thank Dr. Harbhajan Dhaliwal and Dr. James B Johnson of the Winnipeg Cancer Clinic.  Dr. Voster and Dr. Trina Mathison of the Dauphin Hospital as well as all the Nursing staff at the Dauphin Regional Health Center. 
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Irene’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada.

 Celebration of Life was held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 1:00 pm from Elks Hall in Winnipegosis, MB. Interment followed in Winnipegosis & District Cemetery.
