Bernice (Lutz) Hrushowy

Bernice Hrushowy (Lutz) passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022 at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre at the age of 93 years.  
She was predeceased by husband Ted, parents Adam and Emma Lutz, and brother Harvey (Joyce).  She is survived by and will be sadly missed by her sons Brian and Wayne.
Bernice was born on December 24, 1928 and grew up in Camper, MB.  She moved to Winnipeg where she worked at Eaton's.  In 1955 she married Ted Hrushowy, her husband of 59 years.  After living in Winnipeg and Dryden, they moved to Fork River and lived on the farm for the rest of their lives.
Bernice was an avid Jets and Bombers fan.  She enjoyed curling, playing golf with her family and working in her garden on cool summer mornings.

A graveside service for Bernice will be held on June 28, 2022  at 3:00 pm from the Winnipegosis & District Cemetery with Rev. Steve Wilson officiating.
