Angela Rose Urichen (nee McKinnon) of Gilbert Plains, passed away suddenly in her home on July 14, 2020.
Angel was born May 14, 1966 in Dauphin, MB. She was instantly loved by her parents Josephine and William McKinnon and then captured the hearts of all the family around her.
She lived in many places across Manitoba and Alberta; including Forestburg, Wetaskiwin, Dauphin, Winnipeg and Grand Rapids. In each and every one of these places she touched lives and hearts. Her sense of humour would crack even the stoniest of faces into a smile. Through her life she was a jack of all trades including a welder, bar tender, waitress and a writer. Angel excelled at anything she put her mind to.
Angel loved animals and was fiercely protective of them. She had a special love of giant goofy dogs, the dogs in her life have always provided a loving companionship that helped Angel to cope with the large emotions that life brought.
Angel will always be in the hearts of family and friends; her mother (Jo McKinnon), brother (Lorne McKinnon), sister (Heather Fehr), daughter (Cait Radcliffe) and grandchildren.
Angel will be laid to rest with her father, granny bird and papa.
A private graveside service took place on July 22, 2020.
Should friends so desire, donations in memory of Angela may be made to Parkland Humane Society or Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba.
