Agnes Bodnariuk of Inglis, Manitoba passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the age of 80 years.
Ellen Agnes Bodnariuk (Beilby) was born April 12, 1945, to Leslie and Ellen, joining siblings Garry, Gerald (Gerry), and Jean: ten years later they were joined by siblings Jim and Howard. She grew up in Flin Flon, and after briefly living in Winnipeg, she returned north to The Pas and married her first husband Archie Jackson.
Following his death, she met Wilfred Bodnariuk and moved south to Inglis in 1968, where she raised her three children as loving homemaker for many years, later working as dietary aid at the Russel Care Home.
Her passions included figure skating in her youth, crafts including ceramics and paper tole, the famous garden that was her pride, and country music: she was a devoted attendee of Dauphin Countryfest for many years. She had a great love of animals, and had many companions over her life. She passed peacefully on September 26.
She was predeceased by her father and mother, brothers Gary and Gerry, sister Jean, husband Wilfred, son Gerry and daughter Sue.
She is survived by brothers Jim and Howard, her youngest son, James, and two beloved grandchildren, Brody and Noah.
A Celebration of Life was held for Agnes on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 2:00 pm from the Sneath-Strilchuk Roblin Chapel in Roblin, MB.
