Patricia Ann Tichon 1955 - 2019
It is with heavy hearts the family announces the sudden passing of Patricia Tichon of Dauphin, Manitoba at Health Sciences Centre on November 25, 2019.
She will be lovingly missed by her husband William (Bill), daughter Tarrah Jakubowski (Jason), grandchildren Anna, Emma, Turk, Levi and Madelyn, son Todd, sister Valerie Zwarich (Orest), brother Stanley Hucaluk (Irene) and many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
As per Patricia’s wishes cremation has taken place. The family plans a private celebration of Patricia’s life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patricia’s memory to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or the Parkland Humane Society.
