May Olive (Lukey) Kindrat

May Olive Kindrat was born on May 7, 1924 in Grifton, MB. She passed away peacefully into God’s arms at age 95 on November 29, 2019 at the Grandview Personal Care Home. She was predeceased by her husband Alexander on March 21, 1992 and her son Ernie on November 14, 2010 and all her brothers, Roy, Bill, Matt, Walter and Nick, and her sister Mary.
May is survived by her two sons: John (Gaylene) and their children: Shauna (Scott) and children Mitchell & Chantel; and their son Jason (Tanya); and her son Ron (Ramone) and their children: Katrina, Nathaniel & Christian; daughter-in-law Linda and her children: David (Courtney) and daughter Taylor; Charleen (Mark) and daughter Peyton; and Brian (Rachael).
Surviving May is her niece Vicky (Ted) Tycholis and their children & family and nephew Morris (Carol) and their children & family and many other extended family members and close friends.
Many thanks to the staff of the Grandview Personal Care Home who provided loving care to May since April 2017. 

Panahyda and Divine Liturgy were held at St. Elias Ukrainian Catholic Church in Grandview, MB on Tuesday, December 3 at 11 am.  Interment followed in St. Elias Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Grandview, MB.  Luncheon was served at the Grandview Drop-in Centre.
