Laurence "Larry" Coulthard

Vincent "Larry" Coulthard passed away on June 8, 2018 at the age of 75..  He was the second son born to Pete and Ellen Coulthard on April 13, 1943.  He attended schools in the Dauphin area and in 1962 enlisted in the Canadian Navy and served on the west coast.  It was in Victoria he met and married his wife Linda.  They returned to Dauphin and in 1968 their son Dale was born.  Larry worked as a mechanic for various dealerships before joining the mechanical division of Dept. of Highways.  He retired from there in August 2003 after 29 years of service.  He loved all sports and played hockey with the Dauphin Kinks (Old Timers Hockey)  for many years.
Larry or Laurence as he was known to his family was predeceased by his parents Pete and Ellen, father-in-law Roy Campbell and brother-in-law Thomas Anger.
Left to remember him with fondness are wife Linda; son Dale (Tobey); granddaughters Danika and Kaitlyn and their mother Michelle; brother Kenneth (Will); sister Gertrude Anger; brother-in-law Barrie Campbell (Valerie); mother-in-law Ethel Campbell and several nieces and nephews.

A cremation graveside service took place at Riverside Cemetery in Dauphin on July 20, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Barry Nadolny officiating.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Port in the Storm, Box 85, Winnipeg, MB  R2H 3B4.
