Kenneth Wray Smith who went by the name of "Kenny" of Roblin, MB, passed on from this life unexpectedly on the morning of November 24, 2019 at the age of 52 years. He leaves behind his loving mother, Isabelle Lynxleg; his two daughters, Jenna Buhler (wife to Ashton Buhler) and Shayla Smith; his baby granddaughter, Geneviene Smith as well as his three siblings, Rick Parrott, Gayle Donald and Terry Smith.
Kenny worked for years on the rigs as well as doing various manual labour throughout his life. Kenny shared a strong bond with his mother and spent most of his spare time with her. He was a proud papa to his three month old granddaughter and was expecting another grandchild due in January. Kenneth had an independent soul with a good sense of humour. His laughter was known by many. He had a love for the elderly and showed it by lending a helping hand. Kenny is free from the hardships and obstacles he endured throughout his life. He is now reunited with his friends and family that he previously lost.
A graveside Service will be held at the Tootinaowaziibeeng Treaty Reserve Cemetery on Friday, November 29, 2019 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Warren Ironstand officiating.
