Julian "JJ" Houle

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Julian James Houle.  Julian passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 in Portage la Prairie, MB at the age of 42 years.  Julian was born on February 8, 1977 in Ste. Rose du Lac

Julian was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  Julian was always working to take care of his family.  He worked for many years for Saber Industries as a labourer and eventually became a subcontractor before moving to Ebb and Flow.  JJ always had a passion to work with his hands.  He fixed computers and eventually started working on cars, trucks, and atv's, for all of which he was self taught.  When JJ wasn't working, he enjoyed hunting and fishing providing food for his family and friends.  

JJ enjoyed quading and playing cards at Al's in his spare time.  Julian will be sadly missed by many as he made friends everywhere he went.  

Julian was predeceased by his grandmother Marie Houle, his mother Margaret Mary Houle, his sister Simone Louise Houle Racette, and his daughter Aimee Courtney Dawn Paul.  

Julian leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories; his wife Bonnie, his children Kelsey, Kyle, Cameron, Kingston, Shaun, Christen, Kayla and Karey, his grandchildren Liam, Natalia, Nevaeh, and Noah, his sister Lydia Houle (Chris Malcolm), his nephew and nieces; Christine, Myles, Shaunda, Lauren, Serena, Christa, Christie and Chrissy, his stepfather Salvatore Romano, his mother-in-law Georgina Beaulieu, his father-in-law Clemence Paul along with his aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.  

Wake and Prayer Serviceswere held on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 5:00 pm from the Ebb and Flow Community Complex 

Funeral Service was held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11:00 am from the Ebb and Flow Community Complex.

Interment followed in the Ebb and Flow Cemetery.
