It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother, Jean Bomak on October 3, 2018 at St. Paul’s Home in Dauphin at 100 years of age.
Left to cherish Jean’s memory are her daughters, Bernice, Shirley and Norma (Everett), grandchildren Karen (Brian), John, Brent (Hanna), and Wayne, Lester and Kevin, great grandchildren Corey, Kandace (Michael), Daniel, Michael (Courtney) and Paul, great greatgrandchildren Brooklyn, Sebastion, Violet and Eliana, sisters-in-law Stella Perih and Helen Perih of Dauphin, Marie Perih of Georgetown, Ontario, Margaret Bomak of Dauphin and many nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
Jean was predeceased by her husband Walter (2004), son-in-law Alex Rennie (2005), her parents Peter and Annie Perih, brothers Bill, Matt, Nick, Tony, John, Peter, Mike, Steven and Monty, sisters Mary Perih, Julia Gidilewich and Annie Pollitt, sisters-in-law Lena Perih, Elizabeth Johnson, Stella Perih, Mary Perih, Rose Weedon, Jessie Bomak, Mary Shumanski, Anne Lubiniecki, Jean Bomak, brothers-in-lawn Tony Gidilewich, Ed Weedon, Fred Bomak, Matt Shumanski, Mike Bomak and Steve Bomak.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 11:00 am, from the Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre in Dauphin with Very Rev Father Oleg Bodnarski officiating.
Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
