Gerard "Jerry" Dame

Gerard Lawrence "Jerry" Dame passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Ste. Rose General Hospital at the age of 65 years. 
Jerry was born on July 13, 1952 in Ste. Rose du Lac to Lawrence and Lillian Dame (nee Anstett).  Jerry worked for Manitoba Hydro for 38 years until retirement.  Jerry loved to tell jokes and enjoyed making people laugh.
Jerry was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Lillian, his sister Adele Kish on May 5, 2017, his nephew Neil Kish on March 5, 2015 as well as several aunts and uncles. 
He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories; his children Dawn (Kevin) of Dauphin, Joseph of Ste. Rose and Ryan of Dauphin, his grandchildren Brandon, Hailey, Ariyah, and Raighna, his siblings Colleen (Aaron), Sandra (David), Judy, Lloyd (Sandra), Robbie (Darcy) and his brother-in-law Steve, his nieces and nephews Lianne, Danny, Rana, Jolene, Peter, Tamara, Samantha, Alexis and Regan along with numerous extended family members and many friends.  
A celebration of Jerry's life was held on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Ste. Rose Community Centre.  Ryan Raffray officiated with interment following in the Ste. Rose Cemetery. 
Should friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Jerry to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
