Frank Desjarlais

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Frank Desjarlais on Friday, February 9th.  Frank passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Ste. Rose General Hospital at the age of 84 years.  

Frank was predeceased by his parents, 4 brothers and 7 sisters and by his daughter Yvonne in 2002.  

He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories; his wife of 66 years RoseAnna, his children; Audrey (Eldon), Denis (Jack), Patrick (Lorraine), Wayne (Charlene), Floyd (Glenda), Kathleen, Viola (Ray), Andy (Elaine), Iris, Priscilla, Jonathan (Angie), Matthew (Tanya), his son-in-law Joseph and his adopted daughter Edith Lavallee (Richard), his 38 grandchildren, 86 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren, numerous brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.  

RoseAnna and her family would like to extend special thanks to all of the staff of the Ste. Rose General Hospital, Dr. D. O'Hagan, Dr. A. Blais, and to Dr. Hunter at the Brandon Regional Health Centre as well to Kathleen Morrisseau.  Your dedication to keeping Dad comfortable was noticed and will be remembered by the family always.  

Prayer Service & Wake were on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from the Ebb and Flow Community Complex, Ebb and Flow, MB 

A Funeral Mass was held for Frank  on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Ebb and Flow Community Complex  in Ebb and Flow with Fr. Patrick Neufeld officiating.  

Interment followed in the Ebb & Flow First Nations Cemetery.
