Following a brief illness, Eva Mae Bjornson passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the age of 88 years.  Eva was ready and looked forward to being with her husband Kari once again. 
Eva was born on May 2, 1930 in Ochre River, Manitoba, the eldest daughter of the late Bert and Edna Wilkinson of Eddystone, MB.  She was predeceased by her loving husband Kari, 2 brothers Cecil and Lyall Wilkinson, her brother-in-law Emil Johnson and her sisters-in-law Linda Wilkinson and Karen McNally. 
Eva leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many fond memories; her 4 children Randy (Shelley), Dawn (Bill), Kevin (Cheryl) and Kerry (Darlene), her 8 grandchildren Craig, Derek, Laura, Kara, Gareth, Saelin, Katrijn, and Lief and her 4 great grandchildren Torger, Sigge, Finn and Brook, her sister Dorothy Johnson of Stonewall, her sister in law Hilda Ranson of Winnipeg as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 
A celebration of Eva's life was held on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Westlake Community Centre, Eddystone, MB. 
Should friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Eva to the Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home in Ste. Rose du Lac or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. 
Our family would like to thank the caring staff of the Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home and the staff of the Ste. Rose General Hospital for making her last days comfortable.
