It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Eileen Cecile Moar. Eileen passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre.
Eileen was born on May 1, 1954 in Minnedosa, MB to parents John and Cecile Moar. Eileen worked for many years at the O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi Healing Lodge and the O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi Band office. Eileen was always improving herself, receiving numerous certificates and degree. She was a member of the Pow Wow Committee for many years assisting with fundraising for the annual O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi traditional Pow-Wow. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and the community of O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi.
Eileen was predeceased by her parents John and Cecile Moar, her sisters Joanne, Josephine (Puffy) and Elizabeth (bethlou), her brother Wallace Moar Sr, her aunt Isabelle Norquay, her uncle Ben Moar and her cousin Margaret Murdoch.
She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many fond memories; her children Chad, Myrna (David), Chris (Michelle) and her special niece Maxine whom Eileen thought of as her own, her grandchildren Alexander, Kelsey, Gary, Derek, Cassie, Tyler, Kelly, Raina, Stacie, Hailee, Kiersyn, Kamryn and baby Chad, her great grandchildren Jessie, Jaxon, Justice, Rhea, Nathaniel, Annie, Jayleen, Remington and Oaklynn, her sister Mary Thrones, her brother Julius Moar along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Friends who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Eileen to CancerCare Manitoba.

Wake and Prayer Services were held on Tuesday, June 19th, 2018 at 7:00 pm from Eileen's residence, House 6129, O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation.
Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, June 20th, 2018 at 11:00 am from Eileen's residence, House 6129, O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation.
Interment in the Crane River Reserve Cemetery.
