Delbert Joey Houle

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Delbert Joey Houle "Waazabekete Noodine Inini" "Shining Wind Man" on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Fairford, Manitoba at the age of 34 years.  

Delbert was predeceased by his father Clifford Garneau, his brothers Clifford Baptiste, Shaun Desjarlais, his sister Naomi Desjarlais, his nephew Denis Baptiste Jr, his grandparents Victoria and Emile Houle, Joseph and Dora Garneau and his great grandparents Joseph and Maggie Beaulieu and his godfather Julius Mousseau 

He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories; his wife Tanya, his children Taven, Isbella, Delbert Jr, Kytzia, Alaric, Autumn, Drayden, and Fanatasia, his mother Virginia Houle, his godmother Patsy Mousseau, his brothers Denis (Jenny), Tony, and Marcel, his sisters Sabrina (Travis), Dedrie (Mervin) and his nieces and nephews Dakota, Denine, Denee, Deneavia, Tyrese, Jerrad, Dillon, Ranon, Salissha, Michael, Theresa, Tori, Jessica, Jordan, Joey , Justin, Savanna, Tristen and Tia.  

Wake and Prayer Services began on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm from the residence of Virginia Houle, Ebb and Flow First Nation.  Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Ebb and Flow First Nation.  Fr. Patrick Neufeld officiated with interment in the Ebb and Flow First Nation Cemetery.
